Worcester’s reservoir capacity was about 81 percent June 18, according to the city website. That’s a solid B-minus, but nowhere close to making the grade: on average, the city’s water supply is about 99 percent this time of year and hasn’t been this low in June since 1966.

So, on the list of summer annoyances in the city, the much-maligned Asian long-horned beetle might just be moving down the list.
